Mari is absolutely amazing!!! I can’t even put into words how much i love having her as my therapist, she has helped me so much and has taught me so much! I feel so blessed that I was able to find her. I feel so comfortable with her and she has helped me so much in my recovery process. When I’m having hard time, she always does a great job helping me understand better what I’m going through or why I may be feeling that way. Even when I tell the people close to me about one of my sessions, they always seem to say “Wow it sounds like you have an awesome therapist!” .... and it’s true!

Center for Authentic Living is truly an incredible place that I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. They have so much to offer and I can honestly say that they've changed my life. While seeing Mari for a few years now, I can't even begin to describe the impact she's had on me. I've had many therapists in the past but none can even compare to the kind of therapist Mari is. She brought out a side of me that I never even knew existed and has continued to amaze and inspire me by her insight and ability to always know exactly what to say. They also have a yoga therapy group which I found extremely helpful and relaxing. It's such a calm, welcoming environment and is one of the few places that allows members to be with themselves and actually sit with their emotions. Overall, this is an such amazing place! I honestly could not be in the place I am today without them and am beyond grateful to have had them in my life.
